Deal Points (premium)
Knowledge is the first part of your strategic negotiation plan. Knowing what the possible terms are in a deal or dispute are important to any negotiation. Deal Points™ are list of issues that may be in the form of contract clauses that should be considered in various types of deals or contracts. You can use them as scripts or an agenda of questions to ask your deal partner, financial adviser, and legal counsel. Consider whether you should be concerned with these terms. Using the radio buttons, subscribers can rank them as unknown (white), little concern or already dealt with (green), possible negotiation point or concern (yellow) or important, high risk or greater concern (red). You will want to spend more time on issues that are of greater importance if pressed for time. Deal Points™ are intended to be over-inclusive but every deal varies. They are not intended as contract clauses, just negotiation points, the guidance and the comments are not intended as legal, financial, psychological or business advice.
