Meet Founder Martin Medeiros
The Persuasion Lab was founded by Martin Medeiros. Martin published six books on negotiation and has been hired by dozens of companies and organizations to train hundreds of people on the art and science of negotiation.
Along with the Persuasion Lab team, the latest scientific research in human communication, emotional development is studied, analyzed, and then added to constantly keep the class curriculum, online libraries of resources, and interactive tools made available to The Persuasion Lab’s customers.
Martin Medeiros practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu inspiring this curriculum. Martin gives technologists, buyers, sellers, attorneys, politicians, engineers, physicians, lobbyists, families, and politicians practical negotiation science by experiencing the negotiation. Martin holds over 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney and intern negotiator representing the largest telecommunications, airlines, software, e-commerce, apparel, and energy companies. He is a regular judge in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition for Lewis and Clark College of Law. He is a founding board member of Complete Intelligence Technologies, an artificial intelligence developer of financial forecasts. Martin is filmed periodically live on the BBC on technology deals, was published in the Wall Street Journal and interviewed in Information Week Magazine. His podcast, The Persuasion Lab, was voted a Top 20 research-based podcast of 2021 by Welp Magazine in the U.K. and was selected a top 10 podcast on persuasion from feedspot in 2023.
